2-day liquid diet…good idea? ?

I’m 17, 5’2″, 150 pounds and trying to get down to around 120 which is what my doctor said I should be. I know I’m going to have to start a healthy lifestyle with healthy eating and exercise to do this, but I’m thinking about going on a 2 day liquid diet for today and tomorrow to detox my system and to get my hydrated again ’cause I can feel that I’m extremely dehydrated. Thi liquid diet will consist of mostly water (at least 80 ounces a day). But I’ll also be drinking one serving of organic soy protein powder mixed in organic unsweetened soymilk (I know that sounds disgusting, but I’m a vegan and I’m used to it) and I’ll be having one serving of v8 fusion just to make sure I get vitamins. I’ll start exercising too, but obviously doing some was workouts since I won’t have food to give me energy. Probably just do 30-45 walking on the treadmill at about 3.5-4 mph maybe with a slight incline. And I’ll be doing crunches/push ups/squats/leg lifts too. But I won’t work myself too hard until I start eating healthy foods again on Wednesday. Will Thi help jump-start my new healthy lifestyle? Will I see any results just from this 2 day diet plan?
